Dineen delivered a 7-storey, 130,000 sq. ft. parking structure in the heart of Burlington’s waterfront redevelopment, designed to blend seamlessly with the look of an upscale office building.
The facility includes 10,000 sq. ft. of office space across two levels—now home to Tourism Burlington, the Burlington Economic Development Corporation, and a café—bringing added energy and convenience to the downtown core. Parking garage access is supported by an elevator and stair tower at the south elevation, with a secondary stair tower at the north, ensuring easy pedestrian and vehicle flow from Locust Street.
As part of the City of Burlington’s Downtown Waterfront project, this development was designed to spark new economic activity while offering residents and visitors a modern, accessible, and well-integrated community hub. Delivered on schedule and to the full satisfaction of the City and project architect, Stark Ireland Architects Inc., the facility continues to serve as a key piece of Burlington’s revitalized waterfront.
