Dineen completed the renovation to the Cancer Floor, creating a state-of-the-art environment that supports patient care and advanced treatment. The work included a new Clean Room, upgraded HVAC and electrical systems, new flooring and ceilings, and a complete refresh of finishes and furnishings. Behind the scenes, our team managed demolition, structural work, carpentry, glazing, drywall, painting, fire protection, plumbing, and specialized installations—all seamlessly coordinated to meet the highest healthcare standards.
The Cancer Centre remained fully operational throughout construction, completed in seven phases, each broken into six smaller mini-phases. This meticulous planning, combined with strict IPAC measures, allowed us to minimize disruption, maintain safety, and keep services running without interruption. Resulting in a modernized Cancer Floor that enhances comfort, safety, and functionality for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
