Dineen delivered the construction of a new pharmacy on the 4th floor, East Wing, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. The new pharmacy features doctors’ offices, a Clean Room, a secure medication vault, a kitchen, and an educational office.
Our scope of work included new ceilings, flooring, LED lighting, doors, frames, hardware, painting, and a dedicated air handling system to meet stringent healthcare standards. Throughout construction, our team carefully followed phasing and Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) procedures.
Working within a fully occupied hospital, Dineen coordinated every step with hospital staff to minimize disruption and maintain daily operations.
