Dineen gave 36 student suites, including 8 coordinator suites, at McGrath Valley Residence a complete makeover, turning them into bright, modern spaces ready for campus life. Every suite was refreshed with new kitchens, sleek cabinetry, updated flooring, fresh finishes, and energy-efficient windows and doors. Residents also gained upgraded heating, air conditioning, and mechanical systems, ensuring year-round comfort.
On the outside, the building got new siding, flashing, and a fresh coat of paint, while the coordinator suites received secure fencing designed to last. Each unit was carefully remeasured and customized so that everything came together in a polished, seamless look.
Even though the building stayed occupied during construction, students experienced minimal disruption thanks to thoughtful planning, secure fencing, and monitored work areas.
