Dineen completed the renovation to the Cancer Floor including new Clean Room, HVAC, electrical fixtures, flooring and ceiling. Work included demolition, concrete work, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, woodwork, wall/ceiling panels, fire stopping/sealants, doors/frames/hardware, glass/glazing, drywall, flooring, wall panel systems, painting, fire protection, plumbing, equipment, furnishings.
The team ensured the Cancer Centre was operational while building the new facilities. The project was completed in 7 phases – each phase with 6 mini phases to not interrupt the existing operation of the Cancer Centre. Phasing and IPAC followed, as required.
