MRI & Tower addition to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC), creating a better and faster healthcare experience for the community. The 5-storey building houses two complete MRI suites/rooms and a mechanical penthouse at roof level within the existing healthcare facilities.

Interventional Radiology and Ultrasound Renovation project at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa brings two times the space, increased safety for staff, technologically advanced imaging equipment, and the ability to provide much more complex procedures.
Dineen completed Interior Renovations to the Angiography Suite area at Mount Sinai Hospital.
The Pedestrian Tunnel Rehabilitation project revitalized the tunnel link, located below Gerrard St. and University Avenue; where it connects The Hospital for Sick Children with Toronto General Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital.
Renovations to the Mental Health Unit at Lakeridge Health Ajax-Pickering to bring it up to new mental health standards.
Renovation to the Cancer Floor at Lakeridge Health, including new Clean Room, HVAC, electrical fixtures, flooring and ceiling. The project was completed in 7 phases – each phase with 6 mini phases to not interrupt the existing operation of the Cancer Centre.
Construction of a new pharmacy on the 4th floor, East wing, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, consisting of offices for doctors, clean room, vault to store medications, kitchen and educational office.
New construction of a 6-storey medical building of approximately 140,000sf with a specialty basement for radiation therapy and the 2nd floor is dedicated to Operating Rooms.
Infrastructure Upgrades and Fire Damage Repairs at Lakeridge Health, Port Perry. Due to a fire prior to Dineen mobilizing onsite, all the mechanical and electrical systems were affected and the entire hospital was shut down. The damages were assessed and reconstruction work was taken up on a war footing as the hospital was required to open to the local community in less than a year.
The Toronto Rehabilitation Bickle Health Centre renovations were completed in several phases for Interior and Exterior work (5 interior phases and 2 exterior phases).
Construction renovations and upgrades to the Inpatient Rooms and Washrooms at the Port Perry site. Every patient room and washroom was renovated. Patient rooms were renovated with new flooring, walls, painting, ceilings and LED lighting.
The Whitby Hospital site was an evacuated building that was condemned after a fire. Dineen took the site and completely renovated parts of the basement and all four floors while the adjacent Dialysis Unit remained in full operation seeing patients daily.
Over the past decade, DINEEN is proud to have completed many construction projects and renovations for the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, including the construction of the Cardiac Diagnostic & Interventional Unit.
The Sherbourne site was a six storey abandoned building that was part of the Wellesley Hospital. Dineen took the abandoned site and completely renovated parts of the basement and the first four floors while the two-storey attached Annex Building remained in full operation seeing patients daily.
The construction work included the renovation of the existing Just For Kids Clinic, Pediatric & CAMH Departments and a new design of children’s floor to provide the best place to care for kids in the Toronto west-end community.
