Capo Di Monte Condominiums consists of 98 high-end suites on floors 1-6, varying in size from 700sf to 3,500sf. The building has split levels at grade with the Main Entrance and Porte Couchere on the west side at the Ground Level.
The Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre is a four floor poured concrete brick faced structure, designed for 38 Wards, 32 Semi-Private and 12 Private Rooms. DINEEN Construction was the project manager of this $12,000,000 dollar non-profit centre.
DINEEN Construction renovated 24 Suites on two floors of the existing building and upgraded existing building shell to conform with the latest Ontario Building Code requirements.
