DINEEN Construction has successfully completed over 100 projects with a value of more than $100 million within the hospital and university environments. A vast majority were fulfilled in an occupied facility. Working closely with the clients to ensure minimal disruption and to ensure patient care and student life isn’t jeopardized is a key priority in all of our hospital and university projects. This is done while guaranteeing the end product is completed within the predefined budget and schedule.
DINEEN recently completed renovation projects at McMaster University and the University of Toronto. Both of these projects were multi-phased and were performed in a fully operational university environment. DINEEN Construction has successfully completed numerous laboratory fit up projects for the Hospital of Sick Children, Sunnybrook & Women’s College Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital and Trillium Health Centre.
