Dineen performed the construction of a new pharmacy on the 4th floor, East wing, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. The pharmacy consisted of offices for doctors, clean room, vault to store medications, kitchen and educational office. The scope of work included new ceiling, flooring, LED lighting, doors, frames, hardware, painting and dedicated air handling. The team following Phasing and Infection Prevention Control procedures as required.
The team worked in a fully occupied facility. Dineen coordinated with the hospital to ensure minimal disruptions to the hospitals daily operations.
