The Toronto Rehabilitation Bickle Health Centre renovations were completed in several phases for Interior and Exterior work (5 interior phases and 2 exterior phases). Interior work included complete architectural, M & E renovations to Levels 5N, 4N, 3N, 2N and 1N of the North Pod Work in an occupied facility. Additionally, work also included renovations to the main lobby and elevator lobby on each floor as well as refurbishing all rooms on each floor. Exterior Building Envelope renovations included new blueskin, insulation, brick veneer and fibre panel cladding, new glazed units, painting of window frames, structural steel canopy at main entrance, all balconies (12) to be waterproofed, new aluminum vertical grating and aluminum trellis for the 4 balconies at the top floor. Two balconies were removed and replaced in their entirety.
