Dineen was requested to return to the project to assist with the completion of the kalzip
cladding that encases the bridge. The north and south stair areas required remedial steel work prior to
the cladding installation. While the cladding installation was proceeding, Dineen had approximately 250 LED lights installed that shine on the inside of the cladding producing an impressive vista for those using the 401, the pedestrian bridge and the local roadways. The value of this portion of work was approximately $2.4 million.
